Things to do before calling a technician.
1. Backup your data.
2. Restart machine, is problem still happening?
3. Make sure you have an internet connection.
4. Make sure you have Remote software turned on.
5. Send a
repair ticket if not emergency, service tickets repaired
as they come in.
