Backing up
your data is very important. MiRod is not responsible
for backing up your data. All data should be kept in a remote storage device
this can be physical media i.e.: dvd, cd, tape or on an external hardrive. All
data should be backed up before technician looks at your machine. MiRod does
everything possible to keep you from losing data but some malware will effect
personal data and will have to be deleted in order to have machine operate
correctly.
MiRod will
need administrator rights on your machine. All data will be kept confidential.
You have full control of when technician can be on machine and you can monitor
what technician does.
