Living in Southwest Florida we have a lot of Electrical spikes.
Sometimes all you need to do is reset your equipment. This can be
done by shutting the unit down waiting 30 seconds and then powering
back up. Your network can be effected by spikes as well and
for those units you will need to unplug the power wait 30 seconds
and then plug it back in. Some units have a built in battery back-up
that will have to be removed in order to reset unit.
Most problems with consumer PC's can be resolved
by rebooting the machine. Please save all you open programs and
restart your machine. If your machine is locked up you cannot
restart then hold power button for 5 seconds. The other concern is
