Remote Administration
With our remote Administration service we can
update, clean, and maintain your PC without ever setting foot in
your home. We can set the service up so all of these service can be
done without any action from you. All you have to do is use your PC
like you normally would we take care of the rest. Monthly service
includes all hardware and operating system updates, spyware removal,
mal-ware removal, virus scan, and start up fine tuning. When we are
done with your service for the month we will run Microsoft defrag to
make sure computer is running in tip top performance. When you
access your PC you will see results from defrag. DONE
Its like having your own IT department.
Remote Administration PRICING
- 1st time setup fee $40.00
- Remote maintenance $19.99/month with a
yearly contract.
- Remote administration between 7am and 9pm
eastern standard time is $40.00/hour without a contract. *
- Remote Administration from 9pm-7am est. is
$80/hour one hour minimum
- Custom services estimates will be given.
Back up your data. It is very
important to keep a back up on a regular basis. MiRod is never
responsible for your data.
* monthly fee entitles customers to phone support
7am-9pm est.,
discounted hourly rates and basic
maintenance. Hardware, on-site, database and restoration issues will be
billed at normal hourly without contract rates.

Billed in 1/4 hour increments. In home service have a destination
charge of $40.00
